Moghrabieh, is a much-beloved traditional dish in Lebanon and is considered a feasting type of meal to which many relatives or friends are invited. It used to be made with both lamb shanks and chicken but nowadays most people prefer a streamlined version with only one or the other #ClaudettesKitchen Ingredients: - 4 Liters water - 1 Kg of Moghrabieh dough - On High heat until water boils - When the water become to boils add 2 teaspoons salt and the Moghrabieh dough then lower the heat to medium - Stir a little bit (stir every 3 minutes to avoid the dough to stick in the saucepan) - After 30 minutes of cooking turn off the heat the Moghrabieh dough is ready now - Directly we filter the Moghrabieh dough from the hot water - Then add water on top of the Moghrabieh dough to cold it (Add about 3 to 4 Liters of water) - Put the dough in a colander in order to drain the water from it - The dough double in size after cooking - After the water drain from the dough put the Moghrabieh into a glass pan - Let it rest at room temperature until the dough become cold Song: Jarico - Island (Vlog No Copyright Music) Music promoted by Vlog No Copyright Music.
