अहिले लकडाउन छ । हामी फुर्सदकाे अवस्थामा छाै । अाउहाेस इमिन्युटि बढाई काेराेना भाइरसबाट बच्न सम्पूर्ण शारिरीक प्रणालीलाई क्रियाशील बनाइ, तन्दुरूस्त रही निराेगी भइ बाच्न अाजैदेखि याेग अभ्यास गराैं । वास्तवमा योग भनेको तनाव र विषयरहित शान्त मन अनि आत्माको परमात्मासँगको मेल हो । प्राणयाम र ध्यानबाट याे सम्भब छ । नेपालमा पछिल्लो समय योगको क्रेज बढ्दै गएको छ । अहिले विभिन्न तवरबाट विशेषगरी संचारका माध्यमबाट योगका कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन भइरहेका छन् । योगको असीमित लाभको साश्वत सत्यलाई बुझी योगलाई शिक्षण संस्थामा समेत अनिवार्य गराउन थालिएको छ । यसबाट विद्यार्थीको शैक्षिक प्रगतिमा समेत सहयोग पुग्ने देखिन्छ । अहिलेको जीवनशैली तथा मानिसहरूको खानपानका कारण पनि स्वस्थ्य रहन योगको आवश्यकता रहेको छ त्यसैले नियमित योग गर्दा विभिन्न प्रकारका स्वास्थ्य समस्याहरूको दीर्घकालीन निराकरण र शरीर सन्तुलन हुने गर्दछ । तन, मन, वचनले अाेम ध्वनी उच्चारण गराैं । अाजै देखि याेग अभ्यास दिनहु राेजाैं ।। मिलिजुली हामी सक्षम बनाैं ।।। ............................................................................................................................... We all are in our free time during this lockdown. Come let's practice yoga to strengthen our immunity against corona virus and for active physical system, strong physique and helathy life. Truely, yog is an assimilation of stressless and subjectless heart and soul with the prime soul. It is possible through Pranayam and meditation. The craze for yog has been rapidly increasing in Nepal lately. The activities of yoga has been continuously being organized and deliverd from various levels, specially from the communication media. Understanding the universal truth of infinite benefits of yog, it has been duely included in teaching institutions. This has also helped in educational learning capabilities and progress of students. Yog is very important at present because of the unhealthy lifestyle and food habits of people. Regular practice of yoga facilitates permanent cure of various helath diseases and help balance your body. Let's utter "OM" mantra with our body, heart and soul ! Let's practice yoga regularly !!
