2019 USPSA HI-CAP Nationals (Carry Optics)

After four years of shooting USPSA and bouncing around divisions, I finally attended a National Championship (HI-CAP), which took place in St. George, Utah. This was for Carry Optics and Limited Division. Between moving again and being busy with work, I haven't dedicated much time to consistent practice. This coming year, though, I plan to hit it hard. Despite some bone-headed mistakes, I still placed in the top 25% of 189 Carry Optics shooters and 420 overall. I also finished in the top half of M-Class shooters (of which there were 50!), but I certainly didn't put up a master percentage against Max Michel. A few A-Class and even B-Class shooters did! It's going to be tough, but I can't wait to get back to some serious training.
