Hello Peeps, Indeed this was the best desi omelette that I ever had. A must watch & visit. You will see the chefs confidence in making the eggs. He has made his own recipes for drooling experience. I was shocked with the way he plays around with pan and eggs. A reasonable place with great taste. I did not visit with high expectations however it turned out really well. @jitendermartolia86564 years ago this i used to have when they were running the shop in one stall in Sector 4 old Gurgaon circle. they are three brothers who started this with normal French omlette. they are having simple green chutney with red sauce..
