Disposable Bow Drill Sets Are One Of My Favorite Ways To Practice

I like to practice Bow Drill occasionally with 2x4s and other manufactured lumber. There's always plenty around usually softer wood, dry, straight grained, and free from knots. I stay away from Yellow Pine and other highly resinous boards. ALTHOUGH... with great determination, hard work, and patience, they can be made to produce also. LOL! Come see my 2x4 with a tag on it that says White Wood (One of 10 different species). It made a typical set that I built in just 10 minutes and easily made long lasting embers.
