Only The Brave Can Rescue the Kidnapped Princess / Mystery Of The Missing Princess was a PC point and click adventure game in 1997 developed by a small company called Omnimedia which made budget video games. According to a June 1997 article on an old website, Omnimedia announced this game at E3 1997 unfortunately very little is known about their presence there. This apparently was their last game before going bankrupt and it can only be assumed that this game was the cause as it sold very little copies. Other reports say the deluxe edition which came bundled inside a large toy castle costed so much to ship and create that they ended up losing money on them. The deluxe packaging included the toy castle,a playbook, and a soundtrack on both CD and cassette tape. Most of the game was created by Martin Koronka along with executive producers Tim Rosen and Leslie Kent with Robert Mettler handling the interactive segments. The game features frame by frame animation, and a castle hub world created with both hand drawn art and miniature sets. The game gained a small following in internet popularity thanks to the efforts of the Youtube Poop community and a video by user lnsector called "Only The Brave Can Poop The Kidnapped Princess" which can be seen here /watch/ksUrKeRHCw4Hr To play it you need Windows 95,98, or 2000 or a virtual machine that can run either. You will also need a CPU throttling program to run inside the virtual machine to slow down some of the assets within the game as they are dependent on the speed of the CPU. I used VMware and Windows 98se. #GameReview #WorkingMan
